Welcome to Livora Rooftop – a beautifully furnished top-floor apartment of around 105 m² right on the pedestrian zone of Wilhelmshaven. Thoughtful interior design meets modern technology: two bedrooms with box-spring beds, an open living area under the roof, a balcony overlooking the city, a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi and a proper workspace. Sleeping: two separate bedrooms, each with a 180 cm box-spring bed, plus a large sofa bed in the living area – room for up to 6 guests. Working: desk with external monitor, docking station, keyboard and mouse. 100 Mbit/s Wi-Fi, tested for video calls. Living: open living and dining area under the roof, 55-inch smart TV, balcony above the city. Cooking: fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso machine; spices, coffee and tea are provided. Bathroom: shower and bathtub, washer-dryer – ideal for longer stays as well. Quality hotel linen and towels are included, plus a welcome set with coffee and tea. Location: in the heart of the city centre – cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, the Nordseepassage shopping centre and the railway station are all within walking distance. The sea (Südstrand beach) is about a 20-minute walk away. Good to know: the apartment is on the 4th floor of a period building without a lift. Large luggage and tools are best left in the car.
